This product is delivered directly by the merchant.
The merchant will contact the customer to arrange delivery. Delivery service is not available on Sundays and public holidays. In the event of a heavy rain warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, all pre-booked delivery services for that day will be cancelled immediately, and the customer will be contacted on the following working day to reschedule delivery.
Specific delivery times are available for different delivery areas, arranged by the merchant, but customers can choose any time from Monday to Saturday.
Additional delivery fees apply to remote areas (Ma Wan $80, Tung Chung $80, Discovery Bay $200).
If the delivery location requires access to stairs (including external residential stairs), an additional fee will apply. An additional fee of $80 will be charged per floor (more than 4 to 14 steps from ground level is counted as one floor).
If the delivery location requires access to a village house that is inaccessible by vehicle (requiring walking access to the village), an additional fee will be charged (on-site quotation available).
